How to Join the Raiders
Whether you are new to the club or returning for another season, here is exactly what to do.

Join the club

Submit your enquiry or registration
New players submit a new player enquiry. Returning players register directly through PlayHQ when registrations open.

Wait for team allocation
Our committee allocates players to teams based on age, ability and experience, and where numbers allow.

Pay your season fees
Order your playing singlet and shorts through the club store, and you are ready for round one.

Check the age group
Age groups are based on the player’s age as at the start of the season. See our Fees and Age Groups page for the current cut-offs.
Get your uniform
Fees cover club registration and association costs. Payment plans and assistance are available on request.
Your coach or team manager will send training times, game day details and contact information before the season starts.

Start with a new player enquiry. No experience is required and our coaches will help them learn the basics.
MY CHILD PLAYED WITH THE RAIDERS LAST SEASON
You are a returning player - register through PlayHQ when registrations open for the season.
MY CHILD PLAYS AT ANOTHER CLUB
You may need a transfer. See our Transfers page for the process and timing.
MY CHILD IS TOO YOUNG FOR UNDER 8
Aussie Hoops is our introductory program for younger children and is the perfect place to start.
WE ARE JOINING MID-SEASON
Contact our committee. Mid-season placements depend on team numbers and association rules.
